• Limited Sharing: To ensure a seamless journey, we share necessary details only with trusted service providers (hotels, airlines, etc.) and legal authorities as required by law.

Your information may be stored or processed outside of Canada (including Japan) via the systems we utilize. In such cases, we strive to maintain a level of protection equivalent to BC's PIPA requirements.

• Technical Measures: Use of SSL/TLS encryption, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and robust security protocols.

We destroy or anonymize information as soon as it is no longer required for its original purpose. However, information used to make a decision about an individual will be retained for at least one year following that decision, as required by PIPA.
